St. Anton am Arlberg Ski Week 2015
Sunday March 1st to Thursday March 5th
On this ski trip we will spend four days in the cradle of alpine skiing: Arlberg, Austria. In the middle of the powder snow season. In the middle of the slopes. The hut is at 2.288 m (7.500 ft) above sea level above famous St. Anton.

This alpine hut has been recently renovated and has more private accomodation than typical huts. We’ll have double rooms, some with ensuite WC (assigned first come / first served) and some with sink. Nice and clean bathrooms and showers on the corridor. No après ski. But don’t worry. Haimo and his team provide good solid food and decent wine. In the evenings we will assemble in a comfy room with wooden panels on the walls.
Arrival: Sunday March 1st. Skiing today is optional and not included in the rate. If you are not skiing Sunday, you must be at the Valfagehrbahn chair lift dressed in ski gear at 3:45 to meet your trip captain and obtain your lift pass for the last ride up to the Ulmer Hutte.
Departure: Thursday March 5th after skiing
Pricing: 435 € for Ski Club members,
460 € for non-members.
Alpine Club members who show their card at the Ulmer Hut will receive a 40€ refund.
What you get: 4 nights accomodation with daily breakfast and dinner, 4 day Arlberg ski pass and fun with friends.
Travelling: It will be a u-drive. Approximate driving time is 3 hours and trains arrive from Munich as early as 11:00. There is a good train connection via Innsbruck, some 3:20 hrs to St. Anton.
Terms and conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 200 Euros is required at the time of registration – payable to the usual ski club account BLZ 70010080, KTO 532462801.
To run this trip we need at least 8 people signed up by 31st January 2015.
The organizers are entitled to cancel the trip until 1st February 2015. In that case we will refund all payments.
Registration:
Registrations are open until 1st February 2015. As of this date, extra rooms will be cancelled.
Registrations will not be accepted without the deposit.
Once registered, you will receive an invoice with the bank details. Your place is only secured if you pay the deposit by 15 January 2015 at the latest. If the deposit is not received by this date then you will be removed from the registration list without further notice.
Final payment of the remaining sum is required by 1 Feb 2015, otherwise your place will be forfeited.
The organisers are purely conciliating accomodation and skiing possibilities, we therefore take no responsibility for any incidents or accidents or other detrimental events occurring before, while or after these activities. You travel, ski and party at your own risk, in a purely private sport activity. By registering you agree to these terms and conditions, including the club’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy summary:
- The deposits are non-refundable unless you find somebody taking over your reservation.
- Cancellations will be accepted before 15.01.2015 and any amount paid in excess of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made after 15.01.2015 all payments will be forfeited, unless you find somebody taking over your reservation.
