MISC: First Ski Club Weekend Trip – Ischgl Party Weekend (28.11 to 01.12)
The Ischgl ski area will be opening and the whole town will be buzzing during this legendary party weekend event. The famous “Top of the Mountain” Concert is set for Saturday evening with Nickelback on the stage. Check out the link for more details:

Being the ski club’s first trip of the new season – we’ll take the bus on Thursday evening to Ischgl, arrive in time to grab some food and a few drinks to prepare us for Skiing the next morning.
We’ll be staying in 2 small hotels within walking distance to one gondola and the city centre.
Accommodation will be a mixture of shared apartments and rooms. Some apartments may consist of two or more bedrooms. Therefore please be aware that you may end up sharing your accommodation with others, even if you come as a couple. We kindly ask you to be flexible.
When: 28th November to 1st December 2013
Where : Arabellapark Busbahnhof/U-Bahn (U4) station, 16:00 Thursday 28th November. The coach should arrive in Ischgl around 20:00, leave Ischgl at 17:00 on the 1st Dec, back to Arabellapark around 20:30
What: 3 day ski pass, 3 nights' accommodation, coach from Arabellapark U-Bahn station to Ischgl and back! The price also includes the refundable €5 ski pass.
Price: 360 Euro for members, 380 Euro for non-members.
A non-refundable deposit of 230 Euros is required at the time of registration – payable to the usual ski club account BLZ 70010080, KTO 532462801.
Registration: As we expect a big demand for this trip, we will accept initially registrations from existing members only – (i.e. members who have paid their renewal membership fees already).
Deadline for members-only registration is 27th September.
After this date registrations will be open to all for any spare places up until 28.10.2013.
Registrations will not be accepted without the deposit.
Once registered, you will receive an invoice with the bank details. Your place is only secured if you pay the deposit by 27.09.2013 at the latest. If the deposit is not received by this date then you will be removed from the registration list without further notice.
Final payment of the remaining sum is required by 28.10.2013, otherwise your place will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy summary:
- The deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations will be accepted before 28.10.2013 and any amount paid in excess of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made after 28.10.2013 all payments will be forfeited.
